Education & Training

  • Attend induction and in-service education as required.
  • Participate in and sustain ongoing education, training, and learning on an individual and team level.
  • Collaborate with the individual’s line manager in the formulation of a personal development plan and participation in performance evaluation.

Skills Requirement:

  • Fetac Level 5 or its equivalent in health care is recommended, although not required.
  • A year of minimum experience in the field of caregiving is required.
  • Be dependable and trustworthy, and exhibit a positive attitude toward the service.
  • Maintaining a valid driver’s license with no blemishes
