  • ensures that visitors have a “best in class” experience by assuming the role of floor leader and providing direction and guidance to team members.
  • Develops, embodies, and instructs the culture to increase brand recognition by daily attracting new visitors from the host to the optical.
  • Assists the optical store manager in upholding professional business relationships with Target hosts and optical physicians.
  • Effectively recruits, interviews, trains, develops, motivates, and retains optical team members (OTM) who represent the brand.
  • Assists the store manager in maintaining team member accountability through the provision of coaching and development opportunities that enable team members to exceed expectations. Consistent communication is needed to facilitate guest satisfaction.
  • Contributes to the store manager’s efforts to assure compliance with eSchedule, guest retention, guest driving behaviors, and all ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Collaborates with the store manager to guarantee strict adherence to all operational policies and procedures.
