Responsibilities:

Conduct regular health examinations on the residents, document any observations of alterations in their state, and report the results. Ensure that every appropriate nursing procedure is executed.

Following the examination of residents, care plans are developed, implemented, evaluated, and assessed. Oversees the progress of each patient, records their vital signs, and notifies physicians of any referrals that may be required.
